Board Meetings
SUVHOA Board Meetings are scheduled for every second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Meeting Location
Meetings are currently held at the SUVHOA Clubhouse at 7290 Davenport Rd., Goleta, CA 93117
Meeting Information
Board members meet on a monthly basis to discuss neighborhood issues, amenities maintenance and repairs, and more.
Homeowners are welcome to attend our meetings.

Key Cards
Homeowners are issued a keycard upon becoming members of the SUVHOA. If you are experiencing issues with your current key card, please contact our designated board member at [email protected]
If you need to order, replace, or reactivate a key card, please fill out the KeyCard request form
Event Space and Reservations
Host your next event at the Clubhouse!
General Information
The clubhouse may be reserved by homeowners or tenants.
General reservation hours are 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Event guests may enjoy the swimming pools, but not exclusively.
Requirements
Non-Refundable $50.00 rental fee.
Refundable $500.00 security deposit.
Homeowner signs the rental agreement.
Please fill out a reservation request form to get started. One of our board members will reach out to you with more information including the rental agreement.

Annual HOA Dues
Homeowners can access their Team HOA account from our SUVHOA accountant’s website: McFarland Financial/TeamHOA.
Payment:
Dues can be paid online via e-check or credit card.
SUVHOA Facilities
Homeowners and tenants are welcome to use the clubhouse, pool, tennis court, basketball court and playground. Your key card will open the gates for both the swimming pool area and tennis courts.
Swimming Pool
The pool hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Tennis Courts
Tennis courts are available year-round from sunrise to sundown.
Playground, Basketball Court and Volleyball Court
These three areas are not gated and available to the neighborhood.
